Driving Forces of the Renaissance

"Which one driving force do you think was the most crucial in creating the Renaissance's explosion of ideas? Why?

Renaissance is a period from 14th centry to 16th centry and the city state of Florence first began. It was also very important period of driving force and discovering acient knowledge. For example, there were banking & trading, riverty, art, education and acient knowlege. Among those examples, Banking & trading were the most crucial in creating the Renaissance's explosion of ideas and driving force. This is because, people could travel over the contries and continents for trade some better metrials and goods. They also observed other country's ideas and used those source to make their countries better and improved knowledge. Therefore, I thought banking & trading were the most important driving force and exposions of ideas.

"Please get me out of here! In the dark place!!" Itouch (Iphone) is the most popular music player in these days. I can listen to music whenever I want to. Also, I can put some videoes and games in it! It used to be my favorite technology toy and I always put in my pocket wherever I went. However, these days I don't put it in my pocket anymore, I put it on my desk. This is because it is really annoying to download the music, games and videos. Another reason is that I heard that it is harmful to our health. For example, it is bad for our ears and it distracts us from focusing on our work. Therefore, I am trying to stop listening to music.So, I hid in the desk, eventhough I hid the ipod myself, I forgot where I put it. However there is an advantages of having an Ipod. For example. if I am angry or sad, I can calm down easily when I listen to the music. So, if I am angry or sad I guess I have to search high and low to look for my Ipod.

Dear Mom and dad 14/04/10

Thank you for coming to parent conference. Today I will show you my works that I done in trimester 3 and my test scores. I am going to show you other stuffs too. For example, my educations, work skills and my projects. Please do not disappointed if my test or project score is bad. This is because I am here today to show what level am I and my works. In this trimester I had seven classes, which is Global issues, ESL, Write on, P.E, Math, Science and Drama. I am great to share my works and please enjoy in prarent conference. There is section for the parents conference, therefore we have to move step by step to listen each teacher's coments and advise. However I am proud of myself and I am really thank you for coming.

The True Ending

Finally!! I finished Maniac Magee!! The ending was fascinating and it was so romantic, because Mars Bar and Maniac became a friend, continued to live in Amanda's house and they apologized each other . My first prediction was wrong because I was guessing way to far. For example becoming a adult. However I really liked the story and how the story ends. I think I love to read other book that written in same author as this book!!

The End of Maniac

I loved Maniac Magee's story and I couldn't believe that I almost finished it!! Maniac had a lot of problem between African American because of their in skin color. However Maniac ignored it and tried to live with Black together. I think at last of the story his aunt and uncle will find him and take him to their house. They didn't divorce because of Maniac and they live happily after. Than Maniac become adult and solve the problems between Black and white, after he solve the problem I think he will find Amanda and marry with her...

The red tree

Q) How did you relate to the story??

A) Sometimes I felt lonley like the main character when she felt when no body listen to her.

Q) What did the story mean to you??

A) The story mean to me as to help someone to step out from loneliness. For example if someone felt same things as the main charachter I will help that person by make his/her friends.

Q) What is your red tree?

A) I have a lot of red tree that helps me. one of the most important tree is family. my family help me when ever and where ever I got trouble or problem and sometimes they teach me to go right way. the second important tree is friend. friend help me when I was lonely or boring they make me laugh and joyful. the third important tree is teachers. Of course they also teach me and other students to go right way and how to use skills and how to live.

Q)What makes you happy? Why?

A) I think my red trees make me so happy. This is because they like to play with me when ever where ever, they lke to talk with me and sometimes we make special events and we can remmember where ever we are and when ever. Those little things can makes me happy.

Mr.Linden'ts library

She couldn't believe!! That in her new book the grass was growing!! This was her story, yesterday she wanted to bought a new book to read. She always get new books to read when she finishes her book although sometimes she didn't finish her book but she just buy a new book because the book is boring I guess. Therefore, she went to Mr.Linden's library which is her favorite library because in Mr. Linden's library has tons of books that interest her. While she was in library, she picked up the book called "Tree" However, When she was in the casher Mr. Linden warned her "I am warning you do not open this book!!", and he tried to stop her. Then she started to curious and some other way she was so scared that she shaked her body like vibrating phone. Next day she was so curious that she wanted to open the book. Therefore, she ignored Mr. Linden's warning and she just opened her book. Suddenly!! the grass were growing on the book and covered all her body and ate her power and the grass let her to breath the last breath and she close her eyes and never woke up again.
